Global Interactive Support, Inc. (GIS) is a support services company specializing in localized customer support services for the e-commerce and gaming sectors. GIS and its sister company CIDC, based in Cambridge Massachusetts, are subsidiaries of the BetClic Everest Group, headquartered in Paris, France. GIS provides peripheral software development, localization, translation, and operational support using the latest technology to augment the software developed by CIDC, as well as providing multilingual customer support for the end-user.

The company was established in 1999 and has since evolved to where we are today — with over 75 employees and international coverage in 11 different languages. Located in the heart of downtown Montreal, Quebec, we are truly global, offering support to thousands of clients worldwide.
